Exactly 6 months after giving birth to my lil one, I experienced hair loss. It must have started off gradually and I thought then that it was "normal" to experience hair loss after childbirth. But I am still having this problem and my son just turned 2!!!!
I used to experience heavy hair loss every single time I washed my hair. They come off in big bunches! Scary! Every single time I brush my hair, sure there will be at least 5-6 strands of hair on my comb, plus another 5-6 strands on the floor. Then when I tie my hair after combing, a few more will drop off. And to untie my hair, a few more will stuck on my hairband. And if I tie & untie my hair say 5 times a day .. I dont even dare do the calculations !!!
I have now used up about half a bottle. I still experience hair dropping while I wash it but far less. When I dry my hair and comb it, there is usually about 2-3 strands of hair on my comb and say 1-2 strands of hair on my hairband. I feel much better now. My hair feels good! It is soft and manageable too probably due to the conditioner.
I paid RM56 for both the shampoo & conditioner after a 31% discount. Normal price is RM40 for each of them. I will continue using it see if can help me solve my hair-loss problem.
If you guys have any sure-works solutions for hair-loss, please do share it with me please ... please ... please.

I have hair loss problem too.
What I did was to cut it shorter.
my sympathies leh....dun have any real solution...eh...maybe just relax and dun think about your hair...heheheh kidding!!
as they say it will grow back...eventually.
I have exactly the same problem after delivered Sethy.. It was really a nightmare!!! Nothing much I could do, except cutting it real short(less burden for the scalp).. I was forced to have my first boy cut in my life :P
for me Wella SP (salon professional) hair tonic works wonders. you can get it from most quality salons, i think. i looked for it in shops specialising in hair products but couldnt find em. so i buy them from my hairdresser. i also tried a Mustika Ratu shampoo (it was a fluke! i was at ttdi market and the woman approached me and said it was suitable for hair-loss!).. i think it was Shampoo Bayam (gross eh?) but it worked. now my hair's stopped falling so much so i dont use all these products. but who knows, one day i might need em again!
My hubby also complaint that my hair dropping is scary... even till today.. Darrius is almost 4 lioa.. so imagine how many hair lost... :P
I am using Dove hair Falls Therapy but not much improvement though... maybe I'm lack of sleep...
i did have hair loss for abt a year before it stopped. I kept my hair short too and keep the scalp clean, i wash daily.
The painful hair loss is the one of the most fearly part of the pregnancy journey to me. I looked so terribly bald then :(
